Set DISBAN_BASE_URL and DISBAN_API_KEY in server environment variables. Never put the key in a browser bundle. This guard consumes authenticated check credits and returns a decision; it does not create accounts, verify ownership, or replace your own rate limits.
Unresolved classifications and upstream errors return a retry decision. Personal inboxes and relays can pass this domain gate; normal verification and account controls must still run.
