The current service
Disban provides domain-level email intelligence. Free currently includes 2,000 successful checks per UTC month, one active API key and 15 days of activity. Single and bulk checks share the allowance. Failed checks are refunded. Paid plans are unavailable; there is no automatic billing or automatic paid renewal.
What a result means
A result reflects the evidence available at the time of the check. Disposable status, DNS routing and mailbox reachability are different questions. DNS routing does not confirm that a mailbox exists or that an email will be delivered. Unknown values are not a clean bill of health. Use the evidence with your own signup rules and provide a way for legitimate users to appeal.
Account and API use
Keep API keys on your server and use them only for authorized checks. Do not submit mailbox contents, passwords or unnecessary personal information. Respect the documented request and monthly limits. Agent-driven activation requires the account owner’s authorization and email verification.
History and changes
Saved activity is a snapshot. New queries can return different results as evidence changes. Current-plan retention applies to existing activity; downgrades warn before deleting affected history. Upgrades cannot restore deleted records.
Availability and corrections
No uptime, latency or detection-accuracy guarantee has been established for this launch. Report suspected errors through the correction process; reports are reviewed rather than automatically changing the database.
